House rules

Accurate number of guests (overnight & visitors) must be noted due to insurance requirements. Guest will be charged for any additional visitors to the home if not added to the reservation but observed on security cameras. Max 8 people in the home per insurance and city requirements. During stays of 30 days and longer, cleaners are required to clean and help maintain the home one time per month. CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3pm. CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 10am. Guest agrees to pay the daily rental rate if not checked out by the specified check out time. MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises, unless approved in writing by host. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $75 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation. SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS are located on the property for your safety. One doorbell camera is located at each front door. The back of the home has two cameras - one located on the right side facing the garage/shop, and the other on the left side facing the left side of the yard and storage building. Any tampering with surveillance equipment will result in immediate eviction of the home or $250 fine! REPORTING DAMAGE: Guest agrees to keep the home in same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture or other notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Host within one (1) hour of occupancy. DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS: Guest agrees to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the property and property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. If the police are called to the home for any reason all persons in the home will be evicted immediately. Quiet time is from 9 pm to 8am. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the property. You, your guests and visitors, agree that any drug use on the property, or using the property for any unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the property will immediately terminate your occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Host and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay. SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $250/per day Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host or cleaning crew after guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning. LOSS OF USE: Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS: We want all of our guests to be respectful of neighbors. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay. MISSING ITEMS: All items in home have been noted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. LINENS: Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. We provide pink cloths for makeup removal. ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES: At discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of $100 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. MOVING FURNITURE: Do not re-arrange furniture. Dragging chairs/tables on floors will leave scratches. By booking this home you agree to all the house rules listed. Enjoyed the stay! Neighborhood quiet yet close to restaurants. Place to park a boat and truck as well as our other vehicle. House is plenty big and room to spread out. We will book again if ever in the area! Angela was a great host!
